Despite multiple cautions and required education, he continued to breach professional obligations, leading to the revocation of his license.
"The scope and seriousness of your misconduct is profound," the tribunal emphasized. "Patients deserve safe, evidence-based care, and your actions have resulted in the most severe sanction to protect the public."
On June 17, criminal charges were filed against the 62-year-old former doctor, but the status of those charges remains unclear.
